Our primary aim in conducting this procurement process, is to select Partnering Developers who can demonstrate that they will be capable of fulfilling the requirements of providing a high quality service, which is affordable and provides value for money over the framework contract period.

Tenders received from those contractors invited to bid, will be assessed on the basis of the most economically advantageous offer to Incommunities and a demonstrable commitment to the principles of Construction Client Charter.
