Incommunities as an employer: investor in people

In April 2004 we were awarded the prestigious Investor in People Award (IIP) accreditation.

This was in recognition of the steps taken to provide appropriate training development and support to all staff, in order to help them to do their jobs effectively and develop in their roles.

We were re-accredited with Investors in People in November of 2006.

Our Assessor said “The range of initiatives being implemented is impressive, following 3 years of intensive change and shift in the attitudes and culture of the Trust. There has clearly been significant continuous improvement.”

We take Investors in People seriously and have a comprehensive continuous improvement plan in place to continue to get better at what we do.
