Leaseholders Action Group

The Action Group represents the interests of our leasehold customers (and homeowners) and is a recognised tenant association.

The Group is based at Ferncliffe Court, Lounge, Saltaire, Shipley, BD18 4RZ and meets every Thursday between 10am and 12pm.

Members of the group regularly meet with Andrew Serbert, our Leasehold Property Manager, to discuss and resolve issues affecting you as a leaseholder.
