We have undergone a major reorganisation to ensure we are able to deliver on our promises.  The original LMTS (Local Management Trust Areas) have been replaced by a consolidated approach to ensure we can deliver an efficient and effective service in a business-like manner.

Our boards shape the direction of our regeneration and management plans, as well as approving our business plans, monitoring performance and agreeing audit plans.
